Graduated in engineering (Ecole Normale Supérieure des Mines in Alès), Djibo Ibrahima has always shown a burning interest towards entrepreneurship.
He completed various trainings and studies in management, business administration and project management. He spent a part of his career at leading positions in various Nigerien groups (Shell Niger, Niger-Lait) and led numerous feasibility missions for mining projects and companies in Niger, in Burkina-Faso and Mali with an ever-green involvement towards Sahelian SME/SMI.
Since 2006, he is the Managing Director of Sinergi.
With a degree in accounting and quantitative management techniques from LTDK Maradi. Kamal graduated in 2012 from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech in business management. He specialized in entrepreneurship and international development through a Master’s degree at Mohamed 5 Rabat University. He is currently enrolled at the doctoral school of the ISCAE Casablanca as a doctoral student in management sciences. His research focuses on the financing of start-up SMEs.
He started at SINERGI as an intern, then as an entrepreneurial consultant and then as a researcher. He has also worked in Morocco at INFORISK where he monitors the quality of Moroccan companies’ balance sheets.
Since February 2019, he has been back at Sinergi as an investment officer.
Maharazou joined Sinergi in 2020 as seed manager for the I&P Acceleration in Sahel in Niger.
A financial engineer and holder of a master’s degree in finance and private sector development, Maharazou SANI ANGO has strongly turned his professional orientation towards entrepreneurship, which is his passion. He thus worked in Niger’s first incubator (CIPMEN) as a Business Developer and agricultural and agro-industrial project manager. He was previously an entrepreneur himself by co-creating the first sports equipment manufacturer in Niger.
Mariama holds a degree in accounting and business management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance – Accounting from the Ecole des Cadres de Niamey since december 2018.
Before taking up the position of junior investment officer, she completed internships at Sinergi, first as an intern in support and monitoring of portfolio companies, then as an investment intern.
