Abdulkader BAKO is a Senior Investment Officer.

Alassane Baba

Investment Officer

Alassane is in charge of monitoring the portfolio of companies supported under the PACE program, in partnership with USAID. Before joining Sinergi, he worked for the Agricultural Development Bank (BAGRI) and the Islamic Bank of Niger as an account manager.

Issaka Amadou Boukari

Seed Funding Manager

Issaka Amadou Boukari joined the SINERGI team in 2022 as a Seed Funding Manager.

Before joining SINERGI, he worked as a credit analyst at 2IMF, and has 10 years of experience in consulting and training (GERME Certified Trainer). Issaka also worked at CIPMEN as a Support Manager and Business Developer Manager.

Kamaloudini Yaou Issoufou

Investment Officer

With a degree in accounting and quantitative management techniques from LTDK Maradi. Kamal graduated in 2012 from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech in business management. He specialized in entrepreneurship and international development through a Master’s degree at Mohamed 5 Rabat University. He is currently enrolled at the doctoral school of the ISCAE Casablanca as a doctoral student in management sciences. His research focuses on the financing of start-up SMEs.

He started at SINERGI as an intern, then as an entrepreneurial consultant and then as a researcher. He has also worked in Morocco at INFORISK where he monitors the quality of Moroccan companies’ balance sheets.

Since February 2019, he has been back at Sinergi as an investment officer.

Mahaman Sanoussi Ibrah

Administrative and Financial Manager

Mahaman Sanoussi joined the SINERGI team in 2021 as Administrative and Financial Manager.

Before joining SINERGI, he worked for the network of microfinance institutions, Mouvement des Caisses Populaires d’Epargne et de Crédit (MCPEC), now called FACEC Niger, as Administrative and Financial Manager. He also worked for the Alliance de Crédit pour l’Epargne et la Production du Niger (ACEP Niger) as a Credit Officer and then as an Accountant and was a SME-SMI Account Manager at Banque Atlantique du Niger (BANE) after an internship at the accounting firm Sidibé & Associés (ACSA).

Maïmouna Sylla Baillet

Director

Before joining the team in September 2022, Maïmouna worked for 10 years for the BCEAO as a project manager in Dakar and as a banking supervisor in Abidjan. She had the opportunity to work on the UEMOA zone’s regulations on private equity and to participate in the development and launch of the SME/SMI financing facilitation program. Maïmouna was previously a risk analyst at BNP PARIBAS in France for 7 years, where she specialized in structured finance (LBOs, takeovers, listing and delisting…), and worked in the banking sector in Africa (Ecobank, BRM).

Founder of African Pride, the first social enterprise of layette made from African textiles, Maïmouna holds a degree from the ICN Business School in France, and trained in leadership (The Ohio State University, Ohio, USA), and e-commerce (ITC, Geneva, Switzerland).

Nadia Soumaila

Administrative & Financial Assistant

Nadia Soumaila is the Administrative &
Financial Assistant of Sinergi.

Samira Aouba Moumouni

dministrative and financial assistant

Holder of a certificate of higher technician BTS in Bank Finance and a degree in Finance – Accounting in 2018 at the Ecole Des Cadres de Niamey – Niger, Samira has a Master II in Accountancy – Auditing. Previously trainee at the École Des Cadres at the secretariat (2016-2017) then at SINERGI (2018-2019) as administrative and financial assistant, she joined the team in the same position permanently since 2019.
